Sixteen high school football teams in Massachusetts are looking to become a state champion at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

Bishop McDevitt faces Roman Catholic in a PIAA Class 5A Championship rematch on Friday night at Cumberland Valley’s Chapman Field in Mechanicsburg, Pa.

Nationally-ranked Clay-Chalkville takes on Saraland in the AHSAA Class 6A state championship game on Friday night at Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Ala.

The WIAA championship in Washington’s largest classification has come down to the Sumner Spartans (10-3) vs. the Lake Stevens Vikings (13-0). Lake Stevens is the No. 2 seed, and Sumner is No. 5. Opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m. PT on Saturday, December 6 with a live TV broadcast on NFHS Network.
